Document and log all support requests on Office Amp Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues. Escalate unresolved issues to vendor support teams when necessary. Follow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolved. Monitor system performance and proactively respond to alerts. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as software updates and system checks. Assist in deploying, configuring, and testing new software and hardware. Monitor systems for unauthorized access or unusual activity and escalate as needed. Ensure all security protocols, including data encryption and secure access, are followed. Conduct regular system audits to maintain compliance with organizational policies. Organize firm-wide security awareness training Support data backup processes to prevent data loss. Ensure proper data organization, accessibility, and retrieval. Assist in maintaining data integrity by identifying and resolving discrepancies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Hard or Applied sciences such as computer science, engineering, Applied Physics, or related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience (Post NYSC) in technology, preferably in the investment industry or related financial services sector. Knowledge in driving and supporting technology. Proficiency with operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux), software applications, and basic networking concepts. Knowledge on information security trends and security protocols Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
