💼 Position Details
Job Title: User Growth & Referral Agent (Sales Expert)
Location: Remote, Nigeria
Employment Type: Remote / Performance-Based
Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000+ Monthly (Based on Performance)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
As a User Growth & Referral Agent, you will:
Identify and connect potential users to the SmartFlok platform
Introduce farmers, buyers, vendors, and veterinarians to the platform’s services
Explain the benefits of SmartFlok and answer user questions
Assist new users through the registration and onboarding process
Ensure referred users complete their profiles and become active users
Submit onboarding records and verification documents within the required timeframe
Maintain accurate records of referrals and completed onboardings
Build relationships within agricultural and poultry communities
✅ Requirements / Qualifications
Applicants should:
Be residents of Nigeria with a valid bank account
Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills
Be self-motivated and able to work independently
Have good record-keeping and documentation skills
Be willing to engage with farmers and agribusiness stakeholders
Have experience in sales, marketing, agriculture, customer service, or community outreach (preferred but not mandatory)
