Job Title: Future-X Import & Export (ImpEx) Intern
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full-Time Internship (1 Year)
Monthly Stipend: ₦140,000 Gross
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Monitor and update shipment tracking records from origin to final delivery.
Coordinate import and export documentation processes.
Work closely with suppliers, banks, clearing agents, and logistics partners.
Ensure shipping permits, certificates, and related documents are complete and accurate.
Track container returns, deposits, and invoice settlements.
Assist with document approvals, uploads, and compliance requirements.
Identify shipment delays and escalate operational issues when necessary.
Support process improvements within the import and export function.
Assist with financial postings and operational reporting activities.
Ensure timely submission of required shipping documentation before vessel arrivals.
