🎯 Key Responsibilities
Review and validate shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading/airway bills
Prepare and process documentation for freight forwarding operations
Assist in customs clearance procedures for shipments
Maintain accurate records and proper filing of shipment documents
Handle regulatory requirements including SONCAP, NAFDAC, and customs compliance
Coordinate documentation flow between clients, agents, and shipping companies
