๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will:
Support community and field research activities across assigned locations
Conduct interviews, observations, and focus group discussions
Engage respectfully with young people and community stakeholders
Record accurate field notes, findings, and observations
Identify recurring themes and behavioral patterns during research
Participate in team reflection and debrief sessions
Assist with logistics and coordination of research activities
Provide feedback and insights to the research team in real time
Follow ethical research standards and safeguarding guidelines
Maintain confidentiality and proper data handling practices

Requirements / Qualifications
Applicants should:
Be currently based in Nigeria
Have at least 2 years of experience in:
Research
Community engagement
Monitoring & Evaluation
Design research
Or related fields
Possess strong communication and listening skills
Be able to conduct interviews and document findings effectively
Understand local cultures, communities, and languages
Be comfortable working independently and remotely
Have basic digital and technology skills
Demonstrate professionalism, curiosity, and attention to detail
Be able to provide valid references and police clearance if required
Experience working with donor-funded or philanthropic organizations in Africa is an added advantage.
