🎯 Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
Program Management & Strategy
Oversee the structure and long-term direction of the affiliate and ambassador program
Develop systems to improve engagement, activation, and tracking
Create organized workflows for campaign execution and program growth
Ambassador Communication
Act as the main contact for ambassadors and affiliate partners
Share campaign updates, monthly briefs, and performance expectations
Keep the community active, informed, and aligned with brand goals
Affiliate Growth & Revenue Optimization
Monitor affiliate performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Support high-performing ambassadors and improve underperforming campaigns
Implement strategies that increase affiliate-driven revenue
Campaign & Content Coordination
Align affiliate campaigns with product launches and marketing promotions
Guide ambassadors on content direction, messaging, and campaign priorities
Coordinate content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other platforms
Reporting & Analytics
Track engagement, participation, and sales performance metrics

Platform Management
