🎯 Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Representative (NYSC)
Welcome and attend to clients professionally at the front desk
Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
Schedule and manage client appointments
Follow up with clients for bookings and treatments
Maintain accurate records and appointment logs
Assist with check-in and check-out processes
Provide information on services and promotions
Resolve customer complaints professionally
Support general administrative tasks
Social Media Manager (NYSC)
Manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube accounts
Create engaging video, photo, and graphic content
Shoot and edit clinic content for social platforms
Plan and manage monthly content calendars
Monitor trends and improve brand visibility
Respond to messages and comments
