🎯 Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze patient and clinical datasets, including surgical outcomes
Develop and maintain dashboards tracking KPIs such as patient volume, retention rates, and revenue per procedure
Conduct research on healthcare trends, especially weight loss and metabolic surgery advancements
Analyze patient feedback and survey data to improve service delivery and patient experience
Provide actionable insights and reports to doctors, management, and operational teams
Support data-driven decision-making for clinical and business growth strategies
Monitor competitor pricing and market positioning within the healthcare sector
✅ Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Health Sciences, or related fields
2–3 years of experience in data analysis or research roles
Strong proficiency in Excel and at least one data tool (SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau)
Ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights
