Job Description
The successful candidate will support customers and internal operations across areas such as customer service, virtual assistance, compliance, real estate coordination, home health care support, cold calling and sales.
The role requires 40 hours of work per week, with availability for evening and weekend shifts when operational needs require.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide professional customer support through various communication channels.
2. Handle virtual assistance and administrative duties.
3. Support compliance-related tasks and maintain required documentation.
4. Assist with real estate coordination activities.
5. Provide home health care support when required.
6. Make cold calls and engage with customers or prospects.
7. Assist sales activities and contribute towards assigned targets.

Requirements / Qualifications
Availability to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
