About the Programme
The Reckitt Nigeria Management Trainee Program provides graduates with an opportunity to gain practical experience across different areas of the business.
Rather than being limited to classroom training, participants will work on live business projects and practical business situations from the beginning of the programme. Rotations across Commercial and Supply functions will also provide exposure to different stages of Reckitt’s operations.
Participants will receive guidance and mentorship from Reckitt business leaders while developing skills relevant to future leadership opportunities within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Selected Management Trainees will:
1. Rotate across Commercial and Supply functions.
2. Gain practical understanding of different business processes.
3. Participate in live business projects from the start of the programme.
4. Work on real business scenarios and practical assignments.
5. Develop an understanding of Reckitt’s hygiene, health and nutrition businesses.
6. Work across different functions as part of the programme’s rotational structure.
7. Learn from experienced Reckitt business leaders through mentoring.
8. Build capabilities that support future leadership responsibilities.
Requirements / Qualifications
To be considered for the Trailblazers 5.0 programme, applicants must:
1. Be a recent graduate from any degree discipline.
2. Have completed their degree between 2022 and 2025.
3. Have achieved at least an Upper Second Class Honours degree classification.
4. Have completed NYSC by December 2026.
5. Demonstrate curiosity, drive and ambition.
