Yiaga Africa is recruiting for ERAD 2.0 ahead of the 2027 General Elections, with opportunities available for Data Clerks and Floor Managers in Abuja.
The Election Result Analysis Dashboard (ERAD) is used to track, analyse and visualise election results in near real time while monitoring the performance of INEC’s IReV portal.

1. ERAD 2.0 Floor Manager
   Floor Managers will provide technical support and coordinate teams of Data Clerks at the ERAD 2.0 Data Center during the election period.
   Key responsibilities include:
   -Supervising teams of 20–30 Data Clerks per shift.
   -Providing first-line technical support for data-entry and device-related issues.
   -Monitoring data-entry progress and identifying bottlenecks.
   -Conducting data quality checks and spot-verification.
   -Escalating unresolved technical issues to the relevant team.
   -Supporting Data Clerks during training and election-day operations.
   -Preparing shift summaries and incident reports.
   Requirements:
   -HND or BSc.
   -Experience in tech support, IT, data management, election operations or a related field is preferred.
   -Good knowledge of spreadsheets/databases and troubleshooting.
   -Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
   -Ability to work under pressure.
   -Availability for mandatory training and day/night election shifts.
   -Previous ERAD or election deployment experience is an advantage.

2. ERAD 2.0 Data Clerk
   Data Clerks will support the accurate capture and entry of election-result data from polling units into the ERAD platform.
   Key responsibilities include:
   -Reviewing polling-unit result sheets uploaded to INEC’s IReV portal.
   -Extracting and entering result data accurately into the ERAD system.
   -Reporting discrepancies, missing results and irregularities.
   -Maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
   -Meeting assigned data-entry targets.
   -Participating in mandatory training and election simulations.
   Requirements:
   -Nigerian citizen aged 18 years or above.
   -Must reside in Abuja.
   -Must own or have access to a functional laptop.
   -Good computer literacy and data-entry skills.
   -Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
   -Ability to work under time pressure.
   -Availability for mandatory training and election-period shifts.
   -Must be non-partisan.
