Job Description
The successful candidate will assist with payroll preparation and related employee data activities across assigned Cellulant Group entities. The role also involves supporting benefits administration, payroll reconciliation, reporting, and data checks while working with People & Culture and Finance functions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll for assigned entities.
2. Gather, check, and consolidate payroll information, including employee changes, allowances, and deductions.
3. Support payroll reconciliation and the processing of statutory deductions, filings, and remittances.
4. Maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documents.
5. Respond to routine employee questions concerning payroll and benefits.
6. Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and workforce-related information.
7. Assist with employee benefits enrolment and changes.
8. Keep benefits information accurate across HRIS and other relevant systems.
9. Support analysis of payroll costs, headcount, and workforce data.
10. Assist with people and payroll dashboards and carry out data accuracy checks.
Requirements / Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
2. Recent graduate or early-career professional with an interest in payroll, HR operations, or people analytics.
3. Good numerical and analytical skills.
4. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
5. Basic knowledge of payroll, accounting, HR administration, or statutory compliance is an advantage.
6. Experience with HRIS, payroll, or accounting systems is an advantage.
7. Strong attention to detail.
8. Ability to handle confidential employee information appropriately.
